Ballot #1: Time Limit Rule passed with 15 for and 1 against.
The updated rule is below and will be posted to the website as well as distributed to Major regatta chairman and reflected throughout the various documents.
Ballot #2: Jr European date/venue passed with 13 for, 1 against, 1 abstention
However, Gilles Boisaubert, GS for Europe, has asked Spain to reconsider the dates, as they fall in December, and he is awaiting a response from Spain if the dates are flexible.

Time Limit
12. The time limit for the first boat to complete the first lap shall be 40 minutes from the start.
12.1 The time limit for the first boat to finish the race shall be 1 hour, 30 minutes.
12.2 Any boat failing to finish within 30 minutes after the first boat sails the course and finishes or failing to
finish within 2 hours from the start, whichever is shorter, shall be scored TLE.
